Panchakarma and its Benefits

Panchakarma is one of the prominent treatment tools  adopted in ayurveda which has been in existence since ages. Pancha in Sanskrit means “five,” and karma refers to procedures which have multidimensional therapeutic effects. In general, panchakarma is a bio cleansing regimen intended to eliminate the vitiated doshas ( Vata,Pitta,Kapha) and toxic elements from the body. But the benefits of panchakarma does not limit to just the cleansing action. They have a vital role to play in the treatment of various disease conditions. Thus panchakarma ensures a completely balanced state of body and mind. Panchakarma is believed to help in radical elimination of the disease causing factors and maintains the equilibrium of doshas. At Rashtrotthana Hospital, we embrace the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, offering transformative Panchakarma treatments.
